rude and arrogant staff

Called to reserve for my friend's birthday for Mid May. Requested to have a table near the window area and the male staff who picked up the phone was absolutely rude. Not addressing the caller at all and refusing to offer any table next to the e window unapologetically. I have called 2 weeks in advance and received such bad service. I asked for the reason and he said window seats cannot be reserved and have to be allocated. For people who have heard good things about the food in this restaurant,

I asked for the reason and he said window seats cannot be reserved and have to be allocated. For people who have heard good things about the food in this restaurant, the service is not up to standard at all. 
To the restaurant, please retrain your staff. I placed the call at 1:30pm on April 24.
