Rude, impatient and impolite

I went there today. The quality of my food is ok. However, the quality of service is very bad. Starting from placing order, enquiring their menu , paying the bill. Very rude, impatient and impolite ! Not only to me. Also to the next table! A very rare experience. Scary! Also noted the old deco and poor hygiene. Check the marks on the wall. Is this what is izakaya about?
