To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日到粉嶺trip, lunch 返到帝庭軒醫肚先.行程趕急, 得大快活唔駛等位, 燒賣就燒賣啦.唔係好肚餓, 所以叫左個常餐就算.一個雪菜肉絲米, 香腸拼吉豬, 最緊要大熱天時有杯凍飲, 要左綠茶.先講香腸. 好林, 有d 假, 似齋整成咁...吉豬脆就脆, 但好鬼死油, 成隻碟裝住成兜橙色既萬年油.個雪菜肉絲米簡直難食到嘔, d 米粉煮得未夠林. 仲有d 刮口既感覺最難頂係個湯, 又鹹又重味精. 食兩啖已經頂唔順.lunch 時間已經十世冇食過快餐, 仲唔到係咁樣...唉...
