꧁𝗞𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽💛꧂ #黃店推介Fine dinning嘅黃店真係無幾多 之前xmas已經想去但嗰次full booking今次咁啱見到𝐻𝐾𝑅𝑒𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑖𝑟𝑎𝑛𝑡 𝑊𝑒𝑒𝑘 promotion有佢於是即刻book 但我居然記錯左時間最後要食番普通lunch menu 貴少少(;´༎ຶٹ༎ຶ`)我地叫左一個𝟹-𝑐𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑠𝑒 𝑙𝑢𝑛𝑐ℎ 𝑠𝑒𝑡 ($𝟚𝟛𝟠) 同𝑎 𝑙𝑎 𝑐𝑎𝑟𝑡𝑒已經好夠食(●’◡’●)ノ☘︎︎ 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙧 - 𝚂𝚝𝚎𝚊𝚔 𝚝𝚊𝚛𝚝𝚊𝚛𝚎 𝚠/ 𝚂𝚒𝚌𝚑𝚞𝚊𝚗 𝚙𝚎𝚙𝚙𝚎𝚛𝚌𝚘𝚛𝚗, 𝚌𝚛𝚒𝚜𝚙𝚢 𝚎𝚐𝚐𝚙𝚕𝚊𝚗𝚝 & 𝚜𝚘𝚞𝚛𝚍𝚘𝚞𝚐𝚑最鍾意試fusion野 因為好考chef對食材配搭技巧同創意而呢個steak tartare真係好好食花椒油好香 辣度啱啱好 唔會太overwhelming 仲cover左生牛腥味茄子用中式烹調方法處理 走過油林得黎唔會一pat野仲令到啲牛再滑啲成個配搭好夾唔覺自己食緊生牛連平時唔食生野嘅🦦都話好食☘︎︎ 𝙈𝙖𝙞𝙣 - 𝙱𝚕𝚊𝚌𝚔 𝚊𝚗𝚐𝚞𝚜 𝚜𝚝𝚛𝚒𝚙 𝚕𝚘𝚒𝚗主菜反而無乜驚喜 都係average肉質唔算林同有筋 可以再煎香啲我反而鍾意佢下面𝑚𝑢

最鍾意試fusion野 因為好考chef對食材配搭技巧同創意

肉質唔算林同有筋 可以再煎香啲

珍珠奶茶custard淋面嘅軟雪糕 茶味唔算濃
珍珠好有黑糖味! 不過有啲煮得林有啲又硬 有待改善
雪糕上嘅時已經溶溶地咁 賣相有點....ʕ •́؈•̀ ₎
整體不過不失 但我expext係奶茶味雪糕

雞肉醃得夠入味唔會好bland
不過肉質算不上嫩滑
另外我都不太喜歡個sauce 𝐵𝑎𝑙𝑠𝑎𝑚𝑖𝑐 𝑣𝑖𝑛𝑒𝑔𝑎𝑟 味重 偏酸
Side仲有啲雞脾菇但覺得不太夾 可能本身都麻麻地嘅呢種菇
比較喜歡底嘅𝑠𝑤𝑒𝑒𝑡 𝑝𝑜𝑡𝑎𝑡𝑜 𝑝𝑢𝑟𝑒𝑒
