The salted chicken is consistently good here, by that I mean it doesn't stink or the texture of the chicken is relatively good.As for the meat, you get mainly bones and fat unless you ask for white meat which still tastes good.The sauce that is given is aromatic but personally I don't use it because the chicken tastes good without and it has a strong aniseed taste in the sauce.The organs were a waste or I got them when they were not that fresh because they were hard and dry.
