今日天氣好好,老公提議先去中環食個 happy lunch,然後再返舊屋打點。本來仲盤算緊應該去邊間餐廳食晏,估唔到原來老公早有準備,說要帶我去吃 Overtimed Lunch。初頭聽到有啲一頭霧水,原來老公話最近有朋及推介咗間酒吧餐廳俾佢,午市嘅 Set Lunch 供應時間超長,由中午 12:00  至晚上 8:00,而且套餐選擇非常之多,所以想帶我去試下。餐廳位於威靈頓街 198 號 The Wellington UG,店內面積頗大,佔地全層,地方寬敞闊落,有極強空間感,加上陽光透過窗邊微微灑進,開揚光猛,環境既悠閒又舒服,讓人感覺 Relax!先拿起店員送上的餐牌細看,午餐選擇果然豐富,有成 12 款,定價由 $88- $168 不等,全部包沙律、餐湯、果汁或汽水。如果唔想食套餐嘅話,當然亦可以散點,餐廳有不少特色小食及串燒等供應,而且店舖標榜用備長炭,應該是美味的保證。我揀咗北海道湯咖哩鷹䱽魚及帶子配白飯,而老公就揀咗炭燒天多尼式澳洲穀飼黑安格斯肉眼。先來沙律同餐湯,沙律新鮮清爽,賣相不錯,內有雜菜、車厘茄、青瓜、紅蘿蔔絲等,配上酸咪咪的醋汁,清新又開胃。是日餐湯為 Roa

我揀咗北海道湯咖哩鷹䱽魚及帶子配白飯,而老公就揀咗炭燒天多尼式澳洲穀飼黑安格斯肉眼。先來沙律餐湯,沙律新鮮清爽,賣相不錯,內有雜菜、車厘茄、青瓜、紅蘿蔔絲等,配上酸咪咪的醋汁,清新又開胃。是日餐湯為 Roasted Tomato Soup,餐湯看起來有點稀,似乎不夠濃郁,但原來喝起來挺有番茄味,入口酸香帶甜,是意料之外,很不錯!

我點的北海道湯咖哩鷹䱽魚及帶子配雜根菜及白飯 ($148) 接著送上,湯咖哩有不同辣度,由 3 至 10 度可供擇,因為不太吃得辣,所以我只係揀咗 3 度。先嘗一口咖哩湯,味道唔錯,稀稠度適中,充滿蔬菜的甜香,微辣香辛。

至於配菜方面,用料亦絕不手軟,除了鷹䱽魚和帶子外,仲有青紅椒、 秋葵、蓮藕、薯仔、南瓜和茄子等,超級豐富。初頭仲以為條魚只係得魚身一截,食到尾先發現原來係放入了整整一條魚,頭尾浸咗喺湯咖哩內。鷹䱽夠厚肉又魚味濃,配襯著咖哩湯一起享用,超匹配。

接著輪到試下老公點的炭燒天多尼式澳洲120日穀飼黑安格斯肉眼配薯條及雜菜 ($168)。牛扒非常大塊,份量十足,面層烤成帶格紋的深褐色,上桌時散發著陣陣炭燒香氣。切下一小塊放入嘴中慢嚼,肉質外脆裡嫩,既軟熟又不油膩,整個口腔都充斥著濃濃的牛肉汁芳香。旁邊的炸薯條,水準亦不俗,條條都香脆無比,吃過一條以後就停不了口,真的會讓人吃上癮。

餐廳標榜用備長炭,既然一場嚟到,就點幾款串燒試下,有燒白鱔 ($48)、特選厚切牛舌串 ($48) 同鹿兒島赤雞腎 ($29)。新鮮白鱔烤至外皮微脆,食落肉質幼嫩,而且不會燒得太乾身,入口啖啖肉。牛舌大塊厚身,咬下爽脆不韌,每一口都充滿肉汁,不油不膩,羶味亦絕不強烈。雞腎燒得香脆爽口,非常惹味。

午餐包果汁或汽水,果汁有橙汁、菠蘿汁、紅莓汁、蘋果汁等可供選擇。這頓午餐吃得十分滿意,兩個人吃得飽飽,消磨了兩、個鐘,埋單亦不用 $500,加上環境極舒服,寫意悠閒,超級滿足。
