Savory miso soup,

The toro don has a few spoonfuls of negitoro, 2 pieces of maguro, 3 pieces of chutoro, and 2 pieces of otoro. It looks wonderful, yet the taste of the tuna was not strong enough. Perhaps the miso soup was too savory, reduced the flavor of the toro don. I highly recommended have the toro don first before the miso soup. Also, the portion was not quite enough for a male. Overall, the experience was fair.
