Good slicing technique.The tofu is even more amazing. The soup base was simple but with the geoduck's sweetness, it is absobed into the tofu which made it a gourmet itself.

The tofu is even more amazing. The soup base was simple but with the geoduck's sweetness, it is absobed into the tofu which made it a gourmet itself.

豉油皇煎蝦 - simple and plain a difficult dish as it depended only on cooking technique, the prawns were fried until it's so crispy that the head and tail can be eaten but the prawn itself was not dry at all. Still very juicy and seasoned with soy sauce. I think it was better than kin tempura !!

龍躉兩食-炒球the fish was fresh just that it was fried for a bit too long, so it was a bit dry but it was not oily so it was acceptable. The 燜骨 was alright.

砵酒焗蠔- it was good too coz the oyster was just cooked and juicy and the wine sauce was very concentrated and held on righty to the oyster.

清蒸大泥鯭- the soy sauce was good and brought out the taste of the fish but it was cooked for too long and was a bit dry and rough. But the fish skin was so good, I practically ate the skin only. It was chewy and very gelatinous. Good good good

薑蔥炒肉蟹- 3 thumbs up
Good seasoning - helped to enhance the taste on the crab
Good cooking time - crab meat still juicy and moist
Good dish - good combination of ginger and spring onion and crab

砵仔飯 - always enjoyed it and it was still well done. It was steamed in small bowls to maintain all the fragrant smell of the rice and the rice were well cooked, just chewy enough and not too hard or soft.
荷葉飯- tasted like plain fried rice, the shrimp, chicken and mushroom did not incorporate with the dish at all
梅菜蒸菜心 - the 梅菜was too salty, should wash off the salt bit more and use some sugar to balance the saltiness, and 菜心 was too soft and over cooked.
番薯糖水- overly sweet
