To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一下聞倒的都是香甜的香蕉味,然後入口有一種強烈的鮮味(又稱為旨味),個人覺得有點像沾了日本豉油的牛油果lol 用上京都伏見水與當地特優米種,米味濃郁醇厚,我最喜歡🫶🏻

金榜醬香氣撲鼻,有點娘惹咖哩喇沙的影子🤤味道香濃,椰奶味出眾同時又帶少少辣度,非常惹味!炸大蝦蝦殼炸至金黃香脆,粗身大隻又肉質爽甜。細心地配上一小粒炸饅頭,讓我可以毫不留情地沾汁吃💯
這個時候再呷上一口米酒,大大增加香料的層次,辛味更突出~ෆ

🍶MIYASAKA 山田錦純米釀
這一款一喝下去就強烈感受到我最不喜歡的「汽」( ˃ ˂ഃ ) 偏偏微炭酸就是這米酒的特色😮‍💨酒味最圓潤,果甜相對微弱;隨著溫度揮發了汽,飲飲下都幾唔錯!

🌟竹笙釀鮮露荀
軟綿的竹笙捲著清爽的蘆荀,加上幾條鹹香的金華火腿絲點綴,味道清甜細緻♡⸝⸝ 若果不怕草青味,可以試試飲一啖純米釀🤭

🌟脆米斑肉炒飯
炒飯炒得乾身且粒粒分明,飯粒均勻地沾滿滿鹹蛋黃,中間夾雜鮮甜軟滑的石斑塊、飯焦和脆米,令到每一啖飯都脆卜卜,香口又好食,難得地我會喝光整碗飯(*ノ´³`)ノ 最後以純米釀作結,中和油膩感,滿足🙌🏻

整個晚餐酒水freeflow,還一直有國際唎酒師逐一講解,不但吃到美酒佳餚,還增長了很多知識!十分欣賞它們大膽地以廣東海鮮配搭日本清酒,真的意想不到可以有這麼美好的化學作用🥰
