To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

As I live in Shatin this is the second time I visit this restaurant for their rice noodles. I have ordered the cordyceps chicken soup base and it came with shredded chicken and lettuce. The soup base is enriched with cooking wine and it takes the taste to the next level. Also I’ve ordered the “saliva chicken” like last time. It is flavoursome and the portion is reasonably big. Also I’ve ordered the “saliva chicken” like last time. It is flavoursome and the portion is reasonably big. This is by far my favourite dish. I would totally recommend this place but make sure you have plenty of time because it normally has a queue outside.
