The succulent Tiger Prawn on top of the steak was fresh and bouncy. The US Angus Rib Eye was evenly medium rare, and it was tender and flavourful. The dish was also served with seasonal veggies to balance out the protein!

The pan-fried salmon has crispy skin whilst the flesh is flaky and juicy. I really like the Florentine cheese sauce - it was creamy and cheesy and goes well with the salmon! A flavourful, moist and tender piece of salmon fillet indeed!
