Service during World Cup

I am not an avid supporter of the World Cup, I came here for shisha/hookah with friends. I expected a relaxing night with good food and drinks. The staff didn’t bother to come serve us until we went in and asked. I understand that they were very busy with the World Cup but I’ve seen busier bars. I am not an avid supporter of the World Cup, I came here for shisha/hookah with friends. I expected a relaxing night with good food and drinks. The staff didn’t bother to come serve us until we went in and asked. I understand that they were very busy with the World Cup but I’ve seen busier bars. After 20 minutes they told us we could not have shisha tonight. Not only did we have to wait exceptionally long, my order was messed up in the process. They refused to take it back. They proceeded to bring our drinks after 30 minutes and the wrong order of food. I’ve lived in Hong Kong my entire life and have never met a more insulting manager. Distasteful and disrespectful.
