To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Service need a lot of improvement

Food is ok, but service need a lot of improvement.1. main dish can come before the starter, just for information - the main dish I mean is STEAM FISH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!2. All food (main + starter) served with 15 mins afterf our order, we have 3 person, and by the end, all food cannot placed in 1 table and needed to be put somewhere elsa, undtil we rushed to finish the FSIH !!!!!3. Desert need to wait 30 - 45 mins, yes... we understand it take time to make it ..... but why not advised us when we do

Food is ok, but service need a lot of improvement.

3. Desert need to wait 30 - 45 mins, yes... we understand it take time to make it ..... but why not advised us when we do ordering ? the desert menu was given to us after clearing the main dish .... 30-45 mins... on other wprds, no desert offered !!!!!!!!!

Lastly, no matter how good the food, the standard of service are totally disgraceful.
