The food is very average versus the brand name, and it lacks the traditional flavors. I think all the previous/old chefs have left. As for service, it needs much improvement. For example, when we ordered vegetables, they wouldn't tell us it's all sold out until it was the last dish pending to be served. Also, when we order dessert, the same thing happened, but the more particular culture of the restaurant was the eagerness to serve you a dish at full price, but served with a few less pieces

Also, when we order dessert, the same thing happened, but the more particular culture of the restaurant was the eagerness to serve you a dish at full price, but served with a few less pieces because according to the waiter "we have such good business, we have sold out. It's either you take the left over dessert, or leave it....."

I am interested to try yum-cha, but just afraid that it will come with one less har gau.
