To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和好友lunch hour百無聊賴去了一風堂，之前也沒有留意有set lunch ($130)，包一個前菜一碗麵和一杯飲料。前菜我們選了不同的，我的呢就是大大一磚煙肉玉米冷奴，加上葱花調味，不算wow很清新但總算在你的麵來之前沒那麼無聊😜 朋友的前菜是有三小款，冷青瓜，醃荀和玉土豆沙律，又colorful又有新鮮感，樣樣試啲。飲料有日本蔬菜汁和芒果汁可選，高質。作為痴心情長劍我當然選我一直點的辣肉噌叉燒拉麵，湯底香濃豐富，叉燒不太肥而肉香撲鼻，適量辣味調劑亦見畫龍點睛！
