天氣終於轉冷,突然十幾度,好想去食shabu shabu 呀!今次又來勝手,又可以順便食下串燒。燒蟶子用了香草來燒,幾惹味,剛熟質地好有彈性。燒牛舌啖啖肉有嚼勁,同幾juicy~免治雞捧由雞肉、雞軟骨等攪碎混成,點芝麻生蛋醬,多種幼滑口感。 首先選擇湯底,選了鰹魚、泡菜湯底。跟朋友選了 鹿兒島西冷和牛A5及鹿兒島黑豚和牛色澤紅潤,肥瘦分明、適中黑豚肉好粉紅鹿兒島西冷和牛A5,放在湯幾秒便可品嚐,和牛好鬆化,牛味不太重。鹿兒島黑豚,顏色比一般所見的豬肉較白,都是鬆化有嚼勁。什錦菜籃,份量超多,其實一份2個人享用也可以。有烏冬或飯選擇,烏冬好滑及彈牙,這個不錯。最後是抹茶紅豆布甸,布甸好滑呀~~今餐吃得超飽,捧著個肚走。
