To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. My wife and I seldom go to North Point. We find 牛牛日式火鍋 when we go shopping in the new shopping mall there.Gyu Gyu Shabu Shabu is a buffet hot pot restaurant. We ordered the set with 3 types of beef, one type of sheep and pork. The meat are served by the staff, while you can pick the vegetables and drinks by yourself. Gyu Gyu Shabu Shabu is a buffet hot pot restaurant. We ordered the set with 3 types of beef, one type of sheep and pork. The meat are served by the staff, while you can pick the vegetables and drinks by yourself.

I chose the Japanese spicy soup, which is in the right level of spicy. The meat are fresh, especially the sheep and beef. There are also variety choice of vegetables. No matter you are a vegetarian or a beast, Gyu Gyu can definitely satisfy you.

There are ice lolly and I really cream for dessert. The ice cream is movenpick and my wife loves the chocolate flavor.
