銅鑼灣Times Square後面,有座新building,上4樓打開lift門, 裝潢全黑,黑色梳化,黑色枱面,黑色杯碟,感覺幾有型。有個吧枱可以調配20幾款cocktail。當中signature cocktail 有 bao guk,其實係Pineapple加Apple Juice配合rum 酒,好refreshing。如果鍾意芫荽,有一杯coriander 幾特別,芫荽加lime加Tequila。再叫啲小食配下酒,例如 ham and burrata cheese, 仲有士多啤梨同桃,感覺清新。Tuna tartare 有牛油果,大大塊米脆可以送酒。shaved cauliflower 切到薄薄一片,加上木魚片,數分鐘內清碟。
