To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間餐廳在上環站附近,很方便餐廳環境很好,有大細枱分,不會搭枱。先介紹我最喜歡的幾款菜,1,寶彩歡喜拼盤10道頭盤中,最令人忘懷是那道用蜜糖及醋醃製的車厘茄,酸酸甜甜令人胃口大增👍👍2,御品養心羊肚菌燉湯味道剛剛好,好有火喉,當中既油份是由腰果所釋出的。老闆說這款腰果是屬勞斯萊斯級的,果然用工精細!3,招牌雙喜咕嚕一款是用鹽炸的原味猴頭菇,另一款是用酸甜醬炸的。味道與真正的咕嚕肉很似呢!4,焗釀芒果三色藜麥個人覺得屬於甜品類,一見到覺得好奇怪,因為未試過芒果是熱食的,但是一入口那味道很特別,吃完一份還覺得不夠呢!這間餐廳需要預約!每晚會於7pm上菜 大約10pm完,老闆會續道續道菜上及介紹。當日如果有朋友生日還會多送一份紅豆糕,老闆和員工一齊唱生日歌慶祝,好有氣氛。

先介紹我最喜歡的幾款菜,

1,寶彩歡喜拼盤
10道頭盤中,最令人忘懷是那道用蜜糖及醋醃製的車厘茄,酸酸甜甜令人胃口大增👍👍


2,御品養心羊肚菌燉湯
味道剛剛好,好有火喉,當中既油份是由腰果所釋出的。老闆說這款腰果是屬勞斯萊斯級的,果然用工精細!

3,招牌雙喜咕嚕
一款是用鹽炸的原味猴頭菇,另一款是用酸甜醬炸的。味道與真正的咕嚕肉很似呢!

4,焗釀芒果三色藜麥
個人覺得屬於甜品類,一見到覺得好奇怪,因為未試過芒果是熱食的,但是一入口那味道很特別,吃完一份還覺得不夠呢!


這間餐廳需要預約!每晚會於7pm上菜 大約10pm完,老闆會續道續道菜上及介紹。當日如果有朋友生日還會多送一份紅豆糕,老闆和員工一齊唱生日歌慶祝,好有氣氛。
