After trying the CWB branch of Fung Shing, I decided to try the Sheung wan branch as it is much more convenient.I love this branch because it feels old and basically the vibes in Sheung wan are much nicer.The menu is pretty much the same.Started with the orange intestines and jellyfish.I am not a fan of intestines but the jellyfish was generous, each slice was chunky and fat.Next were the traditional golden money chicken.The slice of liver was velvety and the roast pork was meaty however I left

Overall, this is my favourite branch as I like the location and staff!
