Went to hotpot in this restaurant yesterday. Was an interesting experience as it was an authentic Sichuan styled hotpot. Very good soup base for the hotpot even though we didn’t choose the Sichuan spicy soup. We were also encouraged to not use soy sauce but rather an oil mixture which was an interesting experience. Aside from the beef and noodles we also order a squid paste which surprised me in terms of the quantity, and was very good bang for buck
