Ordered an appetizer and 1 main dish for tonight
For the appetizer, we had - Salmon Tartare and Caviar (Citrus beetroot, french dressing top with gold leaf)
This cold dish is delicious
Thanks to the generous for giving hugeeee amount of caviar! It just looked so satisfying for having three even levels while the colours look so appealing
It was a thoughtful move for pairing the sour beetroot with the salty salmon and caviar. Caesar salad sauce definitely helped with bridging all the ingredients together

As for the main dish, we ordered its signature

This platter was said to suit around 2-4 people, but I think 2 people sharing this dish would be better as you could try all kinds of food
The Cajun sauce is rather salty and spicy in my opinion, but the freshness of the seafood has not been blinded
The lobster was tender and juicy, and we couldn't have enough sharing 1 half-portioned lobster
Other seafood were also grilled on spot, unlike other grilled dishes in other restaurant which often made food too overcooked and tasted rubbery, I really appreciate the chef's control of timing in grilling the seafood
The prawn and salmon were super good and highly recommended, it's super juicy, its juice would just burst into every part of your mouth haha

Not much to say about it, would expect to have more fruits for toppings, but it's still acceptable~
