One of the first meals back in Hong Kong and in a new area for my work lunch break you simply can’t go wrong with tomato based beef udon, simple yet satisfying! It’s also a place where you can add a lot of toppings, like tempura and other fried goods, but honestly this (large) bowl of noodles was enough for me, more on the thick soup side so depends what your preference is!
