Was on my way home and passed by A Better Tomorrow, a restaurant with freshly made siu mei hanging in their front windows with meat juice dripping. Exactly what I wanted after a long day!Soup of the day was a classic carrot pork bone soup. Roasted Suckling Pig had a layer of crackling skin, melting fat and succulent meat which tasted a bit gamey. Savory bones.Poached Chicken was cooked to the right point. Roasted Goose Leg, as the most coveted part of the goose, was covered in a beautiful glaze. The marinade wasn't too strong which didn't overwhelm the goose flavor. The rice had well absorbed the meat juice.
