To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. The sizzling steak dinner was surprisingly good. It's not a good steak but I liked it because it has been sodarized and it wasn't too salty.There was garlic butter which I quickly brushed aside as soon as I got it and the gravy was served separately by request because I wanted to try the steak on its own and it was quite nice on its own.The potato which lots of people didnt like was really nice in my opinion because it was crispy but sticky soft in the middle.So you can conclude that people have

So you can conclude that people have different tastes.

These steak platters are meant to be a good deal but I don't eat the frankfurters, soup and Chinese style bread or the drink so not a good value for me.
