Best pairing in the world! The beef was grilled at the stove until all the fat is melted, and its juice being absorbed by the mushroom! The teriyaki sauce made it more savouring!

Asparagus is my favourite green! It is sweet in itself; with the crispy bacon and the pork oil, it was even more appealing! The sauce on the bacon was sweet, like mayonnaise, making this super lovely.

This bigger-than-macaron scallops were an out-of-expectation order! A must eat here!

Becoz we all love chicken wings, we ordered another one.
For the newbie - the lotus root, it appeared to be so Chinese to me. There wasn't much pork in it, but I loved this one, for it made the lotus a healthier alternative to chips!

Failed to capture the melting cheese in the middle of the omelette (sorry!) You wouldn't be disappointed if you love cheese. The egg was a little overcooked at the outside, but the inner was just perfect! Rich and running mixture of cheese and egg! Savouring!

Mostly sweet and a bit sour, a nice balance I would say. Loved the slide of pineapple they put in the drink! Went well with most of the skewers.

Want some mains? Of Coz!

It came with Miso soup and Appetiser.
The portion was so big (the eel is over 20cm long!) that we needed to share! A bit salty, would recommend to pair with sake.

This was a REAL Black Cod. Oily, silky, juicy and sweet! So indulging that we had wanted another piece!
