香港好多大廈都有名有姓,但彌敦道726就真喺得門牌,無大廈名,所以,印象有啲深,而此處非第一次嚟,之前曾到訪過7樓嘅樂農及18樓嘅Doux,今次攀到頂樓嘅SKY726,一嚐其周末早午餐,講到依度,就知店名來由喇。一出電梯就喺餐廳,餐廳佔大廈全層,當然最正喺左邊窗口位啦,雖然只喺市內樓景,但感覺廣闊開揚,加上喺大廈頂樓,望出去處處都喺人家嘅天台,有種居高臨下嘅感覺。而用餐區設置晌以中間為酒吧嘅四周,右邊有少少高腳枱櫈,以飲酒嘅格局為本,其他枱櫈則以用餐為本。水泥地,灰與黑作主色調,牆身、唔同角落都有唔少噴畫,裝修更顯型格。我哋本來打算嚟簡簡單單食個午餐,原來,餐廳逢星期六、日喺做緊個Weekend Brunch,以Course1,2 3自由組合,定價為$148-$238 +10%,大可因應自己食量作取捨,例表如下:Course 1 + 2:$148Course 1 + 3:$188Course 2 + 3:$198Course 1 + 2 + 3:$238另包甜點及基本餐飲,亦可額外加錢升級其他餐飲。結果,我哋選咗2+3($198)及1+2+3($238)組合。Course 1有兩個選擇

原來除咗湯及沙律,仲有一個小穀麥包。南瓜湯睇起嚟唔錯,滔起一羹質感感覺杰身咗少許,但入口不失柔滑,南瓜味頗突出。

窩夫賣相雖然簡單,但下了唔少鮮果醬,食得出喺新鮮製。窩夫做得唔錯,烘得脆口,內裡卻仍然軟熟,只喺略嫌有少少烘過火,混上鮮果醬及忌廉,酸爽不俗。

除少許沙律菜伴碟,仲墊有鬆餅及煙火腿,漲卜卜嘅水煮蛋淋上橙黃色嘅荷蘭汁,外觀就做得好吸引喇。手起刀落,蛋漿即時湧出,溝勻荷蘭汁,夾埋鬆餅、煙火腿一齊食,味道先喺酸酸甜甜,跟住有煙火腿嘅鹹香,好有層次感

另一道主菜要咗比目魚,伴菜有法邊豆、焗串茄及炸薯角。比目魚柳煎得外皮香脆、魚肉滑溜,檸檬牛油汁好匹配個魚柳,清新帶香氣;啲法邊豆唔喺就咁白烚,喺蒜蓉炒,串茄亦焗過,可見啲細節位都有花過唔少心思

甜品雖然唔喺咩特色嘢,只喺藍莓芝士餅,但已做到應有水準,紅色士多啤梨漿劃花墊底,以士多啤梨及藍莓做裝飾,賣相已交足基本功課;薄薄嘅消化餅底,濃郁嘅芝士糕心,鮮活嘅藍莓果蓉,鹹與酸嘅融和,識食嘅話,一定食得出當中嘅水準。

食甜點,還是襯杯鮮奶咖啡最合心水,不過,奶泡打得好多泡,所以,拉花都難以拉得細緻,而口感較似意大利泡沫咖啡多過鮮奶咖啡

友人要嘅洋甘菊反而有少少驚喜,一款名叫Mighty Leaf品牌嘅茶包,睇落並非普通嘢,茶袋內加入少少橙皮,所以,味道有少少酸及橙香

今次午餐食得好豐富,晌秋日暖陽之下,曬入嚟嘅陽光唔太刺眼,仍有些微暖意,感覺非常悠閒舒服,一頓佳美嘅午餐,除咗食物好,環境舒適自在亦喺好重要。
