Went to Tuen Mun and had lunch at this Chinese noodle resto, which I had been wanting to try for a while. .I ordered Pork Jowl with Sweet Potato Noodles in Sesame Soup, selecting medium spiciness. The dish was accompanied by scallion, bean sprouts and chives. The pork jowl, though on a thinner side, was served in a generous portion. The dish was slightly greasy..The resto has 8 branches across Tuen Mun, Yuen Long and Tin Shui Wai. We needed to scan the QR code by ourselves to order the food.
