To cut a long story short, we waited almost an hour for our main meals and had to remind the staff what we ordered. I ordered a steak and ale pie. but it certainly didn't resembie a pie - it was more the shape and size of a small cheese pasty. It was also served with peas and french fries. However, the pastry wasn't cooked all the way through and the rest of the food was just about warm.

My friend ordered the same, and our other friend had fish and chips - he had 2 fillets of fish and the size of his meal compared to ours was laughable - we would have ordered his if we had known!

In summary, this place is not cheap - it is standard 'pub prices' in Hong Kong but there are many other places capable of better food and service than this one, as it is a competitive market here.
