for some reason, the restaurant pressed “no-show” via open rice app before my booking time. Tried the eel musubi and the Hawaii musubi, also the paripuri pops as well as the wings with shishitos and a winter pickled salad. The musubi are honestly very small. I would suggest you have you proper meal before heading there for a snack. I’ve ordered 2 of those and still felt hungry afterward. The musubi are honestly very small. I would suggest you have you proper meal before heading there for a snack. I’ve ordered 2 of those and still felt hungry afterward. The pops are really nice-crispy ball with mince beef, mayo and spring onions, go perfectly with drinks. The eel was perfectly cooked but the Hawaii musubi was way too salty, likely too much bagel seasonings. The wings are crispy and slightly salty (would balance out with a beer). The pickled salad was…. Pickled but appetizing. The chef didn’t have mask on the whole time while preparing food, which was slightly alarming esp now. Also the waiter also has the face ask pulled down all the time.
Ordered a drink and had to follow up a few times even they were not that busy at all. While chatting away, they suddenly turned up music volume really loud which was not nice for the patrons catching up with friends there.
Definitely on a pricey side in terms of food portion and service but the place does hv a nice vibe.
