I got the fried tilapia with rice, and it was arguably one of the best combination I've had in Hong Kong. I spoke to the chef, and he said that the rice is first cooked for 3 hours, then mixed with a sauce and cooked for another 3 hours. I gobbled the whole thing down and got the french fries as well, which was, again, super yummy. Top the meal with some mango juice, and I was in heaven. Honestly, one of the hidden gems of Hong Kong. I'll be returning again very very soon!
