唔使戴口罩之後,出去食嘢真係方便咗好多,今日朋友帶我去蘇豪區呢一間舖頭,話好chill個vibe幾好。星期五晚六點幾去到已經有兩三枱坐緊,有得揀吧枱或者平時dinning table。Mac daddy n cheese ($98): 好難得見到mac n cheese會放喺餐單,一於試吓睇吓佢有冇特別。雖然比我想像中細碟,但係加咗麵包糠喺上面焗,一筆出嚟真係拉絲咁樣嘅,夠哂cheesy。waiter俾左chilli sauce,平時都諗唔到會咁樣配搭,又幾特別。Steamed gyoza ($118): waiter話本身呢一個係係之前餐單留低嘅,改左由煎到蒸,自己好鍾意豬肉餃子配埋vinegar,中間嘅泡菜簡直係點正,諗過可以咁樣食,fusion得黎又幾惹味。有六隻可以share!Half roasted chicken ($188): 氣炸三黃雞,menu話佢用咗五種唔同嘅香料,感覺好似土匪雞翼,而且都夠Juicy,要同埋雞皮食就夠哂味。墊底嘅有蘑菇配上平時香港人食油雞嘅薑蓉,又幾得意。如果可以多少少葱就好啦!Hamachi ceviche($198): 朋友唔識得有殻嘅海鮮,所

Hamachi ceviche($198): 朋友唔識得有殻嘅海鮮,所以淨係有呢一個可以揀。本身無食過ceviche,好似係拉丁美洲嘅菜,要靠青檸同檸檬汁嘅酸黎醃熟d魚。加埋椰奶, 紅蔥頭,芫荽,青瓜,雖然其實呢幾樣嘢分開嚟煮,我唔會特登去食,但係加埋魚肉一齊食嘅時候真係好清新,同埋完全唔會食到每一種食材自己本身好濃烈嘅味道。好好嘅開胃菜!


Sai-dor-si ($98): 喺個餐單上面寫住”must try”就一於試吓佢(真係好好嘅marketing skills 😂)。本身以為係香港茶餐廳食到普通正方形嘅西多士,但係上菜嘅時候係圓形嘅,最特別嘅地方應該係加咗orange marmalade係中間,同埋淋咗salted caramel 醬係面。雖然口感其實同平時西多士冇分別,但係中間嘅orange maalade真係幾香,食完會有浸淡淡的香橙味。


總結:成個氛圍同埋裝修真係好適合星期五嘅夜晚,可以同朋友食吓嘢飲下酒,真係幾chill。下次坐對住街個d位應該仲正!staff都好friendly☺️
