I have ordered quattro formaggi, of 12 inches, which was served with four different kinds of cheese, the mozarella, ricolla, pecorino romano and gorgonzola. They have authentic cheese from italy and even make it in Italian way. As a cheese lover, those Italian cheese are the most creamiest and tenderiest for me, let alone that the crust was so crispy and so thin. They baked it fresh in a special way, not like the usual commercial pizza that you could find anywhere else. Every sip is with so much cheese, and so tender, there was a right balance between cheese and the dough. The taste reminds me if the good old days in italy. Will definitely go back for visit.
