They only have 1 dinner set menu tonight, which is the 6 course tasting menu, priced at $438 per person. It consisted of a starter, appetizer, soup, 2 main, desserts and drinks. Given the location and ambience of the restaurant, the price was very reasonable.

Shortly after we have ordered, they served us a basket of bread. There were cut tomato, olive oil and butter for us to spread onto. Bread was served warm and moistful.

Hokkaido scallop was served in 2 methods: sashimi with Italian caviar and wasabi. Caviar smell was not too overwhelming and it complimented nicely with the wasabi. Scallop sashimi was fresh and almost tasteless. The other method was pan fried with sea salt. It was more flavourful and chewy.

Portobello with fresh prawn, squid and parmesan cheese - Seafood and melting cheese were placed on top of portobello, making it juicy and cheesy. Portobello was chewy and juicy, meaty as well.

Signature truffle mushroom cream soup with almond flakes - This soup was quite unique, as this was the first time i tasted almond flakes in truffle mushroom soup. It was served hot and creamy, and the texture was not too thick.

Before serving us the main courses, the waiter served us a small cup of orange sorbet. It was very sweet and sour, icy as well. It helped to cleanse off our after-taste on the palate.

Pan fried halibut with zucchini, capers and butter lemon sauce - The fish was cooked till very soft and juicy, almost melting in my mouth, but the highlight was the skin. The skin was extremely thin and crispy, like eating crispy seaweed. The sauce helped to balance well with the fish meat.
