Passed by this shop in central MTR. They have a variety of bread choices, all healthy/organic/unprocessed ingredients! I just wanted a snack so I settled on a cookie.They had 2 choices, oatmeal raisin with something else, and this chocolate walnut.The oat cookie looked too chewy, so I picked walnut X chocolate. The oat cookie looked too chewy, so I picked walnut X chocolate. It was delicious! In the middle of soft and crunchy, not too sugary. It's slightly thicker then other cookies so it hides the chocolate well.
The slightly bitterness of walnut was a nice addition! Generally I like how the cookie dough was not too sweet. Sweetness cane from the chocolate chunks (not chocolate chips).
