又踏日夏天季節了,放假最好chill下,呢間餐廳我都嚟過食幾次晚餐了,今日就下午嚟嘆枝Champagne,呢枝酒入口細膩輕盈,汽泡都夠持久,呢啲悶熱天氣飲特別透心涼飲Champagne配生蠔就啱哂,呢款生蠔都好特別,仲加咗青瓜粒及西瓜粒,生蠔非常新鮮又creamy,仲有油醋汁喺裡面,一啖過食落口好過癮,配埋香檳酒提升蠔味緊接住係另一款前菜,賣相都好靚,係蟹肉春卷嚟,外層香口脆卜卜,裡面係啖啖鮮甜松葉蟹肉,仲加入清新爽甜蘋果,再飲啖Champagne滿足主菜係當日廚師推介我食,原來主角係帶子,因為會有煎香嘅原粒鮮甜帶子,仲有用咗帶有煙燻肉香味嘅牛肚菌釀帶子,最後係好有特色帶子千層麵,一份主菜就食到三種帶子不同煮法,真係一種味蕾好體驗
