To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳內很有藝術感,感覺很有私人空間,非常放鬆是一個很適合與朋友聊天悠閑的餐廳。點了1個set dinner了和1個main courseSet dinner水牛芝士番茄沙律蔬菜爽脆清甜賞心翠綠。我個人非常喜歡水牛芝士,加在番茄上吃一流,更帶出優質口感。湯是番茄湯,味道濃郁,配上麥包點湯更讚唷。Cod fish魚煎得剛剛好,帶有微微的炭香。旁邊有西蘭花等蔬菜配搭,健康同時也中和一下肉氣,吃上去可口爽脆。Pork Knuckles主打德國燒豬手,廚師明顯是很有心機,很入味,而且碟頭很大,份量很多,適合二至三人食用,食肉獸們一定要order。飲品方面點了一杯白酒和一杯無酒精雞尾酒雞尾酒夠新鮮又refreshing,令人喺炎夏當中有一種清新的感覺,白酒也是很配煎魚。
