📍潮家宴Have you heard of 響螺扒? Have had 潮式灼響螺 a few times. But 潮家宴’s version is unique in a sense that it’s as thickkkk as steak! Cooked in a golden broth for a few brief seconds, it’s done. It’s cooked to perfection but I might not be willing to pay $1200 per piece myself 😂 The remaining broth is then used to cook a good bowl of 魚蛋魚片河. The 潮式紅燒翅 is such a bargain with great deep broth. Recommend it!
