去潮家宴食過幾次午餐,都好好味,所以諗住22Dec要做冬兼娘親生日,想訂位同家人去食。話說上個月底打去訂位22Dec晚飯,佢仲話有最低消費&節日套餐會whatsapp我,隔咗兩星期都未收到,我就打去問,佢竟然話我個booking on waiting list,所以未send資料畀我😡🤬。佢話當時講咗係waiting,但其實當時佢無講,仲問我訂幾點到。而且,如果係waiting,就唔會話whatapp套餐菜單畀我先啦。貴店要畀枱d熟客,都通知番我呢d只吃過幾次嘅“生客”吖!!!如果唔係再打電話去問,大時大節臨急搵地方食飯,都幾大鑊。

📍潮家宴Have you heard of 響螺扒? Have had 潮式灼響螺 a few times. But 潮家宴’s version is unique in a sense that it’s as thickkkk as steak! Cooked in a golden broth for a few brief seconds, it’s done. It’s cooked to perfection but I might not be willing to pay $1200 per piece myself 😂 The remaining broth is then used to cook a good bowl of 魚蛋魚片河. It’s cooked to perfection but I might not be willing to pay $1200 per piece myself 😂 The remaining broth is then used to cook a good bowl of 魚蛋魚片河. It is a good bowl of noodles but then the fried garlic is too overpowering to taste the actual sweetness of the broth.

The 潮式紅燒翅 is such a bargain with great deep broth. Recommend it!

As for the remaining items, more than normal and can choose other places.

Last min/unplanned dinner I managed to get a table for 4 on the evening.I ordered the goose, fried noodle “2-sided yellow”, fried oyster omelette and the pig stomach soup, all were well above expectation! You can tell they pay attention to the detail, nothing fancy but honesty and humble ingredients with exquisite execution.The dinner was cheap but well worthy. It has to be one of the best chiu chow restaurant in HK regardless of price at leat in my book

The dinner was cheap but well worthy. It has to be one of the best chiu chow restaurant in HK regardless of price at leat in my book

朋友生日,想食潮州菜
見到蘇絲黃介紹呢度既「咸蛋黃魚皮」,所以就選咗呢間餐廳。

As one of the appetizers we had the 紅提冬瓜丸- its sweet and sour taste made it very appetizing; texture was perfect- neither too hard nor too soft.凍蟹- not a fan of crab so can’t comment. 呢間中出會所絕對可以encore,因為仲有好多嘢都想試啊!😝

席宴一開始,就達到高潮了,因為第一道菜就是潮州凍龍蝦仔。同桌的人大叫,這不是龍蝦仔,這直頭是正常 size 的龍蝦。凍食海鮮,需要的是新鮮,而我們面前的每人半邊龍蝦,是毫無疑問的鮮味十足。而且,龍蝦肉爽口,膏也香甜可口,可以說是,由龍複頭好食到龍蝦尾。

食潮州菜,不得不來一害潮式鹵水鵝,席珍上的是潮家鹵鵝拼盤。有厚身味道足的鵝胸肉。薄薄連皮的一片,肉質嫩滑,味道香口,鵝皮直接吸收了香味十足的鹵水汁,更是味美。掌翼同蛋,因為鹵汁味美的原因,也是好味得非常。

之後每席來了凍魚,這食法也就是潮州人帶掛在口邊的魚飯。這一個白烚鮮魚飯用的是海魚,屬什麼魚店員有介紹過,但在開心暢飲暢食之下,大家聽完也立即忘掉了。這兩條魚,味道鮮美,肉質既綿又滑,是新解魚才能有的質感。

每一次食潮州菜,大家都幾乎指定要胡椒豬肚湯。用作煲湯的咸菜同豬肚,例牌當加一道菜。腍一腍的豬肚,點一點豉油已經非常之好味道。咸酸菜,我可以說,配豬肚是最好的。暴龍哥說咸酸菜配牛歡喜,昆人架咋。我認為咸酸菜配豬肚是最好的。

湯方面,胡椒香,咸酸菜同豬肚的香味並重。入口有辣勁而不重。肉的鮮味在辣感中輕輕地帶出來,感覺到這湯,有水準。

飲完湯,就來些比較熱氣的菜式。其中的一樣就是潮式炸蝦棗了。很香口的蝦棗,咬入口全是鮮蝦的香味。不過,更吸引的,竟然是伴在碟邊的炸小蝦。連殼的蝦仔,吃起來更香口,更有味道,比起蝦棗,蝦的鮮味更濃更集中。

另一個香口煎炸物,就是家鄉蠔烙。好多年前,吃過用鴨蛋煎的蠔烙,那個味道仍未恣忘。雖然,這兒的似乎都是用雞蛋去煎,但我可以說,這蠔餅很香,蠔的比例亦夠重。每人分一角,而每人分到的每一角,都是充滿蠔仔的。大家都感到很美滿。

沙爹同牛肉,是潮州的其中一個重點菜式。當我們吃好一些純肉的席珍時,半菜半肉的其中一個,就是沙爹雪花牛肉。以茶心伴在底,面層是入口香滑,牛肉味同沙爹味都濃郁的沙爹牛肉。牛肉配上濃濃的沙爹醬,固然好食。菜沾上了沙爹醬,也份外的好味道。

另一個麵食,是黃金糖醋麵。單面煎的麵,十分之香脆。而且,麵本身已經帶香口,而且麵餅煎得好結實,不會一夾就散開,顯現出廚師的功夫好。食用時,加點醋,加少少糖,酸酸甜甜脆脆的,非常之好。

另一個甜品就是遠迎馳名的反沙芋。本身用的芋頭已經非常之香,吃入口時,外層的糖衣爆開,中間芋頭的甜味同香味就立即在口腔爆發出來。最重要就是芋頭又粉又香口,甜甜地,脆脆地,粉粉地,也香香地,為是日的潮味宴劃上一個令大家滿足的句號。

中出會所呢個名真係好多人都識,上環有一間潮州菜好出名更荷李活華庭,以前我會去嗰間舖頭,不過服務麻麻地。自從我知道有呢間潮州美食餐廳之後,我就成日約朋友同屋企人嚟呢度,呢度嘅食物真係好好食,book位唔難。其實已經嚟咗多次,不過今次都一定要寫食評係因為今次個魚飯好好味,仲有薄殻,平時少食。呢間餐廳喺商業大廈入邊,所以座位同食客都唔係好多,環境乾淨企理,服務人員態度殷勤,笑容可恭。平時我都會食佢嘅滷水鵝片、方魚肉碎粥,同埋一定食潮州甜品。今日我哋食薄殻、魚飯,甜品大家決定食反沙芋,等咗少少耐,不過都值得等,因好好味。不過唔知幾時開已經冇功夫茶。

自從我知道有呢間潮州美食餐廳之後,我就成日約朋友同屋企人嚟呢度,呢度嘅食物真係好好食,book位唔難。其實已經嚟咗多次,不過今次都一定要寫食評係因為今次個魚飯好好味,仲有薄殻,平時少食。

呢間餐廳喺商業大廈入邊,所以座位同食客都唔係好多,環境乾淨企理,服務人員態度殷勤,笑容可恭。

平時我都會食佢嘅滷水鵝片、方魚肉碎粥,同埋一定食潮州甜品。今日我哋食薄殻、魚飯,甜品大家決定食反沙芋,等咗少少耐,不過都值得等,因好好味。

不過唔知幾時開已經冇功夫茶。
