Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

My second time to this restaurant. First time I was impressed with the cocktail but not the food. This time I confirmed my view and probably this isn't a restaurant that I'd like to come again in the near future. The food did not deliver the quality of a fine restaurant and they have this rather peculiar rule of only allowing 2 bottles of BYOB even if you pay them full corkage, I can understand it if this is a fine dinning restaurant but Flint, I don't think they have the bargaining power to be

The suckling pig was actually good, the iberico ham was also good. The lobster salad is absolutely terrible. Not a very ideal situation if you're looking for fine foods. Also we ended up paying $800 per person before corkage without eating a lot of food.
