Their store has a new limited menu Angel Red Prawn Tsukemen and I decided to give it a try. The store overall was a bit cramped and service was a bit overwhelmed I think.The noodles were also made from sakura shrimp so the noodles had a shade of pink to it.The Angel Prawn and noodles was not as springy as I thought even though I chose cold noodles. I understand the soup/sauce of Tsukemen should be strong but I find that the soup/sauce was just plain salty but not rich. Overall, I won't say it wa

The Angel Prawn and noodles was not as springy as I thought even though I chose cold noodles. 
I understand the soup/sauce of Tsukemen should be strong but I find that the soup/sauce was just plain salty but not rich. Overall, I won't say it was bad but maybe stick to their regular menu.
