Walked pass Quarry Bay and saw this bakery shop along the way, got attracted by the sourdough and pastry display and went in to have a look. The lamination of Levain’s signature croissant is absolutely adorable, distinct and super-thin layers of butter and dough, giving the signature interior honeycomb structure. But have to day that this is of “bready” texture, crispy and less buttery, more of a healthy style kinda croissant 😛 Personally prefer it to be more buttery, but still a quality option to choose from!
