Having had egg tarts my whole life I was intrigued as to how sourdough would work with this age old recipe.If you too are intrigued I would say give it a go! The flavour of the sourdough worked well with the sweetness of the egg, definitely worth a quick takeaway. When I went there were no queues so a quick in and out, there are plenty of other items to tickle a sweet tooth too!
