I was in the area for dinner so decided to try the sandwiches here because the name sounded interesting.It is called Under Vacuum because most of the stuff is slow cooked where food is cooked in vacuum sealed pouches immersed in water.I was greedy and tried the slow cooked beef steak with cheese and the smoked salmon with egg.++++++++++slow cooked beef steak with cheese:The steak was good as expected, it was lean and soft yet there was a decent beef taste to it complimented by the black pepper.T

There was also cheese in it but next time I request for it without because I don't eat processed cheese slices.

smoked salmon with egg: The smoked salmon was good because there was delicate egg in between but I didn't really enjoy it as well as I could have because it was difficult eating it on the benches because you are more focused on holding the sandwich so that the egg doesn't fall over the place.
I also found the dressing that went with the lettuce too strong and sweet that it overpowered the egg and salmon.

Anyway, hope I will be back in the area soon for another beef sandwiche and short ribs.
