Have you tried any African food in Hong Kong? 🤤Highly recommend you to visit chief’s blend , the first dedicated Biltong Bar with South Africa-inspired menu!! Their semi-open style is suitable for cheating with friends and holding the beers 🍻 Their Signature dishes are in South Africa style, we’ve first tried their transitional snacks “Sliced beef biltong” both original and spicy favour are tender and bit chewy. Their Signature dishes are in South Africa style, we’ve first tried their transitional snacks “Sliced beef biltong” both original and spicy favour are tender and bit chewy. Both are house-made by air-dried and full of protein. Always MY choice for post-workout😜
Their chief’s choice 🌭Farm-style Beef boerewors hotdog 🌭 Boerewors, a type of sausage which originated in South Africa. It bears a rich taste of beef and spices 🙆🏻♀️🙆🏻♀️ other toppings like the sweet pickles onion, almonds, and greens on the hotdog are match with others and enrich the taste👅
Another choice for our lunch is the BBQ pork ribs served with salad 🥗 No doubt about it, we two are a nation of barbecue lovers💯❤️ their pork ribs are tender and soft! We were surprised 🤭coz the ribs looks a bit smoked, we thought wrongly and it has a good amount of meat on the bone, and had a rich, smoky yet sweet sauce😜👍🏻
