Cruise is a rooftop bar and restaurant located at the top floor of Hyatt Centric Hotel at North Point. You will find yourself surrounded by 720 degrees floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the wild blue yonder and Victoria harbor. The interior was contemporary yet cozy. A weekday lunch here will be the best way to de-stress with decadent South East Asian cuisine, warm sunlight and unrivalled views. 🔶High Rollers
🔹Beef Cheek Massaman with Homemade Roti (supplement $50)
Clear winner of the meal. Mild and savory with sweet undertones, the Massaman beef cheek was melt-in-the-mouth tender. We couldn’t help dipping and dousing the roti with pools of sinfully addictive sauce. The roti was the best I have had with crispy and flaky layers. Must-try!

🔹Red Tiger Prawn Curry, Roasted Pineapple, Coconut, Chili, Kar Lime, Jasmine Rice (supplement $20)
In contrast to the Massaman curry, the red curry sauce was had a stronger tang and punch to it. It contained two HUGE tiger prawns with succulent, firm flesh and creamy roe.

🔶Dessert (supplement $30)
🔹Cacoa and Coconut
This dessert was truly impressive. Inside the crispy dark chocolate shell is a light and refreshing coconut ice cream. The astringency of chocolates was perfectly balanced by the ethereal and delicate flavors of the icecream. We also loved the contrasting textures of the wafer.

🔹Mango Panna Cotta
The panna cotta was smooth with the fruity mango compote dialing down the richness. The coconut crumbles again, provide textual contrasts to the dessert
