The ham tortilla didn’t live up to my expectation, the egg was slightly over.

The black paella rice has an umami explosion of immensely rich squid ink flavor, and the rice has a good bite to it which I enjoyed.

Highly recommend the citrus sangria that was so refreshing and very fruity, yet with a hint of champagne bubbly background.
