Recently, we had the most incredible dining experience at Chilli Fagara in SoHo, Hong Kong . This retro eighteen menu truly took our taste buds on a fiery adventure! 🔥🔥First up, we indulged in the Caramelized Beef with Foie Gras. Next, we savored the exquisite Fiery Braised Oxtail. The tender meat, simmered in a rich and flavorful sauce, left us longing for more. It was a true explosion of Sichuan spices that had us reaching for water and asking for an extra round!
But the highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the Spice-Infused Broth with Mandarin Fish. This aromatic soup had all the numbing and burning flavors we adore in Sichuan cuisine. The tender mandarin fish soaked up the fragrant spices, creating a bowl of pure bliss. It was a perfect harmony of heat and tanginess that left us craving more with every spoonful. I finished all the rice that comes along.
To complement our meal, we couldn’t resist trying their signature cocktails. Each sip was as delightful as the last, with creative combinations of flavors that perfectly complemented the boldness of the dishes. We highly recommend exploring their cocktail menu for a complete sensory experience.
