To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上個月環境好似好返d 即刻帶胖胖周圍去😛港b胖胖一連幾個星期都去左食港女下午茶😍Book位時發現好多間酒店既afternoon tea都full得好緊要🥶有D甚至要去到8月頭先有位😎朋友最後揀左Ritz Carlton 嘅Cafe103 同胖胖慶祝1歲生日❤️闊別多年再返黎係呢個St. Germain 主題Tea Set再一次感受到103樓嘅海景威力😎真係好靚不過胖胖似乎鍾意望住自己多D😂因為怕重複食兩set一樣嘅嘢我地只係叫左一個Tea Set另外爸爸們就叫a la carte 真係英明🙃因為個Tea Set味道勁古怪我同朋友食到天一半地一半🤣Mostly因為食一啖就唔想再食落去🙈只覺得個St. Germain鴨肝醬法式蘑菇泥&紅桑子果醬配軟包三文治同焗迷你火腿芝士杏桃菠菜酥味道最唔錯😏嗰個puff同牛油果蟹肉芝麻脆筒個筒係淋嘅💁🏻‍♀️睇返menu, dessert有士多啤梨乳酪蛋糕、St Germain椰子百香果杯、檸檬青檸蛋糕、蜜糖薰衣草蛋糕、椰子芒果泡芙and scones好啦最好食係個scone😂爸爸們揀嘅Ritz Carlton Burger就好d🙆🏻‍♀️個patt

我同朋友食到天一半地一半🤣

Mostly因為食一啖就唔想再食落去🙈

只覺得個St. Germain鴨肝醬法式蘑菇泥&紅桑子果醬配軟包三文治

同焗迷你火腿芝士杏桃菠菜酥味道最唔錯😏

嗰個puff同牛油果蟹肉芝麻脆筒個筒係淋嘅💁🏻‍♀️

睇返menu, dessert有士多啤梨乳酪蛋糕、St Germain椰子百香果杯、檸檬青檸蛋糕、蜜糖薰衣草蛋糕、椰子芒果泡芙and scones

好啦最好食係個scone😂

爸爸們揀嘅Ritz Carlton Burger就好d🙆🏻‍♀️

個patty我地要咗medium rare (平時我應該唔敢揀咁生🤪）都算好juicy seasoning都on Point

不過一定要分開嚟食因為係double deck 好厚😅 fries就正常味道

如果諗住去食嘢就唔好有期望🌚

但個view同service真係一流🤞🏻

下次去可能又係闊別多年諗諗吓比多個機會佢🤗
