I am super excited to try all the different new afternoon tea in town !!!!! St. Regis is quite difficult to book, they are normally full on weekends and public holidays ! It is $688 for two person including, tea, scones, four selected savory items and four sweet from the trolly ! I had chosen this special avocado cream (forgot what this is), the burger, terrine forest and seafood rêves.
This avocado cream, was not too flavorful, it feels like avocado cream topped on a crêpe.

I get amazed by excellent scones ! The scones here was pretty good, each guest will have two pieces of scones; one plain and one raisin. The scones was fresh, outside was crunchy but inside retained the moisture!

The four items I had selected today, the mandarin mouse, red date cake, espresso mousse and the sesame with white chocolate filled with black glutinous rice !
I loved the mandarin mousse, it was light and refreshing with a little cake texture!
The espresso mousse had a strong coffee aroma ! If you like that this is what you should get !
This was a very special one ! Sesame with white chocolate coating wrapped with black glutinous rice ! It’s very interesting combination ! Was not too sweet too !
